How long does it take to ship?
Shipping domestically within Australia takes roughly 5 working days to arrive using AustralianPost.
If the item is in Morocco it might take longer (Products will be specified whether it's being shipped from AUS or MOROCCO) using international express either with FedEx, or DHL. For North America and Europe it takes between 3-4 working days. For China, Australia and New Zealand it takes around 5 working days.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Your order will normally be shipping within 3 working days of order being placed.
I use DHL/FedEx or Aramex express international shipping for a fast and safe delivery. Of course, once your package is sent I give you the shipping number so you can check its status online.
** AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS** If we have your product here in Australia, we will use AustraliaPost and will take up to 5 business days - We will send you a tracking number.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and a secure location. A telephone number is requested during order process so the delivery people can contact you in case they need any extra information.
Customers are responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees charged by their local government. Customers in the U.S. won't have to pay for additional custom taxes, as there is a free trade agreement between the U.S. and Morocco on crafts.
Customers in other countries may have to pay for extra import taxes : I recommend that you ask the custom services of your country before purchasing.
Please note that some of the items I sell here are vintage and/or handmade, meaning that they may have some imperfections, due to their age or the way they've been made : all the items I have selected for the shop are handmade 100%. If there's anything special you need to know about the item, it will be specified in the listing, if not please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, we try to take the most honest pictures so you get a good idea of what the item is really like.
I select all the items very carefully here in Morocco, I ship worldwide and make sure that you get a fair shipping cost when you purchase.
