Please note that some of the items I sell here are vintage and/or handmade, meaning that they may have some imperfections, due to their age or the way they've been made : all the items I have selected for the shop are handmade 100%. If there's anything special you need to know about the item, it will be specified in the listing, if not please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, we try to take the most honest pictures so you get a good idea of what the item is really like.
I select all the items very carefully in Morocco, and then ship items to our warehouse on the Gold Coast. We check each item carefully before posting them to you.
That said, I don't want my customer to be unsatisfied with their order -I guess it can happen even if I do my best so it doesn't- so feel free to send me message at email@example.com if there's anything wrong with your order.
Refunds/exchanges must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the item FOR CUSHIONS.
FOR RUGS AND OTTOMANS refund/exchange must be made within 48hours or receiving product.
If a customer is adamant on returning their purchased item, we will issue a full refund of the product price (upon receiving the item back). The customer will cover the cost of shipping for returning the product.
